What is the Return Policy?

* We want you to love your Bling&Whistles as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely satisfied with the size, we are more than happy to exchange non-sale items within 2 days of purchase.

House of Bling&Whistles is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us.

We use standard US and EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to swap your jutties for another size then please notify us on info@blingnwhistles.com within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you. The Juttis can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable, you could then exchange it for another style of the same value. We do not entertain refund & cancellation

We do not entertain refunds & exchanges on International orders.
Products bought during SALE period will not be exchanged or returned.

* Bling&Whistles reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.

* Item(s) which show signs of wear will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

* By sending email to info@blingnwhistles.com with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 24 hours of delivery. We need photos of the damaged/defective/different products received so that we can exchanged.Please mention your order number in the email.

* Ensure that the product is unused and is in its original condition and packaging.

We do not provide reverse pick-up services.

Steps for exchange for merchandise bought on full-price:

1. For exchange please drop us an email with your original order number along with details of exchange sold. We only offer exchange.

* Easily return your online purchase by mail within 2 days of purchase to exchange for a different size

* Ship the box back to us.We will share the address through email. You can send your return back to us with whichever carrier you like. Please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number with whichever carrier you choose so you can follow along with the return and we can confirm that it has been delivered.

2. Once approved, please courier the merchandise back to us(please do keep the original invoice inside the box along with a note with details of the exchange desired)..We will share the address through email.

3. Our team will give you a call once we receive the courier and confirm the size change.

4. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with additional courier charges.

5. We do not provide returns and exchange on international orders as shipping both ways alone will be more than the cost of an order in most cases and custom duty shall be levied twice. But in some rare cases you could contact us and we will try our best to find a solution.

Merchandise bought on Discount:

Products purchased under any promotional offer or sale cannot be exchanged or returned. You are requested to refer our detailed size guide before placing your order, as size exchange are also not possible for discounted items.

Modification of Terms and conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy :

Please Note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time or else will be notified.
